Weir River Farm, Hingham: Fall Festival

The Fall Festival is one of our most loved events, welcoming between 1,000 and 1,500 people annually. This year, the festival will run from 10AM-5PM on September 28, and will feature live music, food and ice cream trucks, beer trucks, crafts and activities, local vendors, visits with barnyard animals, and more. The first hour of the festivals is designated as a Sensory Friendly Festival Hour. This portion of the festival offers a dedicated hour with a reduced number of guests and quieter sensory friendly environment.

"My Queer Faith" with Kimayo

On Monday, October 23rd at 7:00 p.m., Old South Union Church - Weymouth will welcome folk-pop artist Kimayo for a special concert titled “My Queer Faith.” In this performance, Kimayo opens up about her life, personal struggles, and overcoming hardships. From coming to terms with and celebrating her sexuality, to wrestling with her faith, she offers her experience with humility and vulnerability. Through poignant songs and narrative, Kimayo invites us all to welcome, affirm, and love unconditionally.

This concert is sponsored by OSU's Open and Affirming Task Force in honor of National Coming Out Day. After the concert, there will be a panel discussion and refreshments. All are welcome! This concert is free (although we welcome freewill donations) and open to the public, so invite your friends to what promises to be an inspiring event!

**This concert is open to adults and mature teens with parental discretion as this event contains sensitive topics relating to physical and mental health.
